Energy Audits

Energy audits are custom tailored to satisfy the needs of the individual customer. A typical energy audit will be preceded by a preliminary walk-through to determine the scope of the audit. It is then followed by a thorough survey/tagging of your steam traps, performed by factory certified/trained technicians. The survey will identify all the steam traps, their application, and the current operating condition. Notes will be provided of specific problems, such as water hammer, poor or improper insulation, steam leaks, or improper installation. You will be provided with a comprehensive computerized report and a written recommendation to improve the operation of your steam system.

Typical Return on Investment of the energy audit and identified system improvements is Less than 12 months!
